Check In Process
The check in process is a fairly simple, but can get busy on race day. Both pre-registered runners, and race day signups will be at the start / finish line. This area is right next to the tennis court at Clifford Park.
Check in and race-day registrations will take place from 4:30pm to 5:45pm. We will have to close it after that so we can get ready for the first wave of runners. If you purchase a Punch Pass or Season Pass online, please bring a form of ID so we can verify you before handing over your bib number.
Once we have all participants checked in, we will be able to finalize our wave starts. Waves will be broken up by the honor system. If you think you’re one of the fastest runners on race day, we ask you to hop in an early wave. Similarly, if you know you’ll be a slower runner we ask you to hold off until a later wave. If you’re a slower runners who needs to be in an early wave, please notify race crew. This will be allowed, but please remain courteous while on the trail. This means allowing faster runners to pass, and giving proper passing room when required.
We split runners into small groups so there is plenty of space on the course and allows for passing when necessary. These waves will start every 5 minuets, until all runners are on the course.
If you’re a Punch Pass or Season Pass holder, all you’ll need to do on race day is come to the check-in booth, show us your pass, and collect your bib number. The only difference if you still need to sign up is that you will fill out the registration form and pay to race.
Please Note: All runners under 18, will need to have a parent or guardian sign the consent form. This form will only need to be signed once for the whole season.
